CEO and Cofounder
Domingo Montanaro is the lead partner of the Reactive practice at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. With 22 years of experience in the fight against cybercrime and lectures in 16 countries, he has accumulated experience of handling hundreds of incidents throughout his career. He is a guest professor in postgraduate courses at schools such as Insper, EPD, POLI-USP, FGV and FAAP and co-author of 5 books on data protection and cyber risk.
Alexandre Prata
Alexandre Prata is a partner in the Preventive practice at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management, Specialist in Information Security Management, Project Management, MBA in IT Governance and graduated in Information Systems. Throughout his career, he obtained the main certifications in technology, cyber security, service management and others in the industry (CISSP, CISM, ITIL Expert and others). With more than 28 years of experience, he has worked in large national and foreign companies in different segments, co-author of the book LGPD - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados - Manual de Implantação, published by Revista dos Tribunais/Thonsom Reuters and author of the e-book “10 mandamentos do seguro".
Bruno Barreto
Bruno Barreto is a partner in the Reactive practice at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. He manages cyber investigations and technical expertise in cases throughout the territory, being an ad hoc expert in cases involving property fraud carried out by electronic means, as well as an assistant professor in postgraduate courses in computer forensics. In a pro-bono condition, he has exercised his duty as a citizen and helped public agencies with special demands in several cities in the State of São Paulo.
Carlos Afonso
Carlos Afonso is Operational Director in the Reactive Practice and Crisis Management in emergency scenarios caused by cyber attacks, at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. He has approximately 05 years of experience in the technology area in leadership positions, large software development projects and relevant cases, in the national and international scenario of investigations and response to cyber incidents, accumulating more than 20 cases in the last 02 years.
Felipe Rinaldi
Felipe Rinaldi is a partner in the Reactive practice at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. He has 14 years of experience in the technology field, including 8 years in leadership positions in forensic practices, working on high-profile cases in disputes, investigations and cyber incident response. Computer Engineer from Poli/USP and MBA in Management of Innovation and Leadership from FGV, he has taught classes as a guest professor in computer forensics at USP, EPD and others.
Kayo Delgado
Kayo Delgado is Director of Preventive practice at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. With 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Security, extensive experience in transformation and elevation of cyber maturity, cyber risk management and offensive/defensive security. MBA in Business Management from FGV and Postgraduate in Information Security Management.
Leandro Davico
Leandro Davico is Head of Education at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management, has a Masters in Digital Content Creation and Production, and an MBA in Digital Marketing. He has been working with corporate education since 2009, having worked at two corporate universities, where he led distance learning and informal education projects. He is a professor in postgraduate courses at ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) and at IPOG (Postgraduate & Graduation Institute).
Lucas Ciola de Sá
Lucas Ciola de Sá is Director of Research and Development at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. He has two years of experience in the forensic practice of large cases by the company and a background in Software Development, an emerging technologies researcher and malware analyst who has served as an assistant professor during the Stanford Honor Academies 2021, has spoken at conferences on technology and education and participated as interviewed about the biggest PIX data leak by CBN.
Nathália Costa
Nathália Costa is Director of Investigations for the Reactive practice at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. She has 8 years of experience in the field of Digital Forensics, having worked in Disputes involving Digital Data Forensics, Corporate Fraud Investigations, Cyber Crimes and Incident Responses. During her experience in the Digital Forensics area, she worked in Specialized Consulting and Internal Audit areas.
